I ordered a few chilled items after seeing other people say their deliveries came packed well, and mine was pretty much the same. Everything was still cold when it arrived thanks to the ice packs. The inside of the box was a little wet, but nothing was spoiled or damaged. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

The box showed up crushed, and one of the items had leaked a little. I feel like packaging is never as sturdy as it should be these days, but I still expected better than this.

My order had a problem, trying to get it fixed just wore me out. I emailed more than once, but the replies felt really rushed, almost like they were skimming my messages instead of actually reading what happened.

After a while I just didn’t have the energy to keep explaining the same thing over and over. It never got properly sorted, and I ended up giving up. Maybe someone else will have a smoother experience, but I wouldn’t order again.

I’ve ordered from Vegan Essentials a handful of times now, usually grabbing the same snacks and pantry basics. The selection is solid, and I like that I don’t have to spend time hunting around different sites every month for vegan stuff.

Shipping has been a little slow here and there, and once an item was missing from my order, but they sorted it out after I emailed them. It’s hard to describe exactly, but the experience is fine overall—just not always super smooth.

I really wanted this order to be fine, but it was frustrating from start to finish. The shipping took way longer than I expected, and the whole time I was thinking, okay, maybe support can at least give me a clear update. Nope. They barely helped, which just made it more annoying. Then the package finally showed up and some items were missing. At that point I was just like, seriously? I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

They’ve got some nice items, for sure, but the prices feel a little high for what you’re getting. And once shipping gets added on, it starts to add up quick. So for me, the overall value just isn’t quite there

I opened it and immediately thought, nope. It arrived tasting stale, and the texture was just weird in a really off-putting way. I definitely won’t be buying this again.

My order showed up fine and most of the items were fresh, so no real complaints there. But a couple things were close to their expiration dates, which felt unnecessary, especially since I was ordering pantry and snack stuff to keep around for a while. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of annoying. I’d probably order again, but I’ll definitely be checking the dates right away next time.

I’ve tried reaching out and just never got a reply!! It’s really frustrating when you’re waiting for help and hear absolutely nothing back.

I really like the idea of this site, but so many of the items I wanted were unavailable. I checked back a few different times hoping they’d restock, but still had no luck. If you’re trying to get everything in one shop, save your time and be prepared for some frustration.

I’ll give them credit, the package did show up in the end, which was more than the tracking system managed to do. I waited weeks with zero updates, so the whole international shipping process felt like a guessing game

I ordered a few vegan snacks and some vitamins, and the shipping was quicker than I expected. I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so it was nice to not have to wait forever for basic stuff I needed. My box showed up in about 4 days and everything was packed well. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the tracking stopped updating for a bit, so I had no clue where it was for a while. Overall though, I’m happy with it

I tried a few of the snacks and wasn’t impressed. Most of them tasted kind of weird, and a couple seemed stale to me. I also asked about it and kept getting different answers, which was frustrating because I just wanted to know if that was normal or if something was off. Overall, not a great experience.

My order actually arrived quickly, so I’ll give them that, but someone definitely messed it up. They sent me a different snack than the one I chose, and one item wasn’t in the box at all. Support did get back to me, but I still had to waste extra time getting it fixed. Not a total disaster, but it’s frustrating when you’re ordering specific vegan items and they don’t send what you paid for.

I tried using a promo code on Vegan Essentials and it did go through without any issues, so that part was fine. But once shipping was added, the savings didn’t feel like much. They do have deals here and there, though it kind of feels like you have to dig around for them, or maybe that’s the point. I just wish the discounts were a little better or more obvious.

I had a hard time figuring out what actually worked for my diet. The diet info just wasn’t very clear, so I kept having to look around and still wasn’t really sure.

Using the site was a pain. The menus kept glitching or breaking on me, and checkout was way messier than it should’ve been. It kind of gave me the feeling they care more about pushing you to pay than making the experience actually work smoothly

I ordered a few vegan snacks, and unfortunately one of them showed up damaged. I figured, no big deal, I’ll just contact support and sort out a return or refund, right?

They were polite when they replied, so I can’t really complain about the attitude. But the back-and-forth took a couple of days each time, and I ended up having to send photos twice, which was a bit annoying. The refund did come through eventually, but wouldn’t you expect it to be a little quicker?
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not the smoothest one either. I’d probably order again because the snacks were good, but who wants to deal with returns if they don’t have to?

I was trying to place an order for something I needed for a family gathering, but the checkout just wouldn’t process my payment. I tried the same card I use all the time, and it still wouldn’t go through. Frustrating experience.

I feel stupid for trusting them and going through with the order. The shipping cost ended up being so high that it completely wiped out any reason to buy in the first place. It just wasn’t worth it.
